Aloha, I am Lita McCoy
I find it difficult to write about myself for some reason. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. I moved to Hawaii 13 years ago after raising my family and working in State Government suffering from burnout and stress. I come from a place where I was working in family businesses since a young age. A strong work ethic and many opportunities later; someone close to me said, you really should start your own business and that is how KCS LLC began. Up until now, all my clients have been sent to me strictly through word of mouth.
I am humbled by my success so far and give all glory to God. I love living here in Kaneohe with my sidekick Peanut who loves to adventure around the Island as much as I do. I have a passion for anything in or on the water.

My degree is in Business Administration – so although accounting is a piece of this, it is not a major part of what I do. Administrative Management looks at all aspects of a business in relation to State and Federal compliances. This ranges from licensure, proper documentation, business plans/model. Compliance with Government entities, insurance, safety compliance and creating processes and implementing changes that will assist you and your business in being able to build into a solid foundation for success. My staff and I are available to assist you with getting your accounting set up, fixed from previous years and or errors. And able to train or retrain staff in accounting.
Bridging the Gap
What I have found for the small business is there is a gap between office staff and executive staff. Office staff can help in many ways; however, they may not know exactly how to do something correctly which can cost you money. So I am that intermediate person that comes in and bridges the gap to take things off you the owners’ plate and assist you in getting things that are often big headaches, taken care of and provides you with a service not often recognized but definitely needed.
My aim is to be available when problems arise that may be overwhelming or unclear, aiding as needed. My initial consultation and company review are always free.
